FIELD: pump engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor pump comprises detachable housing with inner conical faces and disk rotor with the hub. The tops of conical faces are arranged at a distance from each other for permitting the working surfaces of the rotor to abut tightly against the generatrices of the faces when the rotor rolls over the generatrix surfaces. The rotor is secured to the hub made of a hub-hemisphere. The convex side of the hub-hemisphere enters the spherical hollow in the mating face. The hub-hemisphere is secured to the driving shaft. The working surface of the pump is bounded by the spherical ring surface over radial periphery. The hub-hemisphere is provided with through openings and concave opposite side which can rock around the spherical projections on the adjacent wall. The driving shaft of the hub-hemisphere is secured in the spherical projection provided on the wall by means of flexible clutch impermeable for liquid. At the butt between the housing and spherical ring surface are slots for by-passing the liquid to the ring receiving chamber arranged above the spherical ring surface. From the side of the receiving chamber, the slots are made of semi-circular grooves which are provided with flexible rings that overlap the slot throughout the periphery. The centers of the disk rotor, hub-hemisphere, spherical ring surface, spherical projection in the first conical face, spherical hollow in the second conical face, and flexible clutch are in coincidence and located at the common center of the pump structure. The conical face having the spherical hollow is provided with the inlet port connected with the hollow. The outlet opening is provided in the ring receiving chamber.
