FIELD: heat engineering, designed for heating of liquid heat-transfer agents in heating and hot-water supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: the hydrodynamic heater has a cyclone, cylinder, whose one end is connected to the cyclone and from the other end inside is provided with a braking device, a tapered swirler in the form of a truncated hole cone is installed between the cylinder and the cyclone, the larger foot of the cone is connected to the cyclone, and the smaller foot is connected to the cylinder, a hollow closed truncated cone is installed inside the truncated swirler, the cone is closed on the side of the feet and its larger foot is connected to the cyclone cover by an adjusting screw and enters a restricting ring attached to the cyclone cover with formation of a duct between the side walls of the cyclone and the restricting ring for motion of the liquid flow with a discharge of it to the truncated swirler, a funnel is fitted on the hollow closed truncated cone, it has a branch-pipe passing through the cylinder, and a braking chamber with a branch-pipe perpendicular to the cylinder is connected to the cylinder below the braking device, a guide bush fitted on the branch-pipe passes through the bottom of the braking chamber, the branch pipe is connected to the funnel, a fixing screw is installed in the guide bush.
EFFECT: enhanced thermal effect and stability of operation of the hydrodynamic heater.
