FIELD: gas analysis technology, analytical tool engineering, in particular, technology for manufacturing electrodes based on hard electrolyte of stabilized zirconium dioxide, possible use during production of oxygen indicators with electro-chemical hard-electrolytic cell.

SUBSTANCE: platinum is applied to previously degreased and activated surface of hard electrolyte by means of chemical restoration from water solution, having output, 1-0,2 g/l tetra-amine platinum (II) for 1 cm2 of covered surface and 0,56 g/l of potassium hydroxide, at temperature 170-210°C in closed chamber during 130-180 minutes while mixing composition, while used water solution is previously vacuumed during 20-30 minutes and saturated with nitrogen for removing molecular oxygen.

EFFECT: decreased energy consumption due to decreased temperature and process duration, also, decreased temperature of electrode operation start.
