FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rotating displays for visual display of text, graphic and video information in advertising and other purposes and is aimed at improving image quality. Device for displaying visual information, made in the form of a rotating image display unit installed on a driving vertical drive shaft and connected with a control unit. Image display unit is installed in a bearing housing, for which the side of the display unit opposite the side connected with the drive shaft is equipped with the display unit rotation axis coaxial with the drive shaft longitudinal axle and interacts with a bearing installed in the bearing housing. Image display unit is made as a flat light-emitting panel with limited angle of view, for which its screen is made focused and polarised.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of the image quality.
