FIELD: information boards. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, rotating electric motor, rotating indication unit, which has light emitters, at least one cantilever for mounting light emitters and emission control unit, which has separate control circuits for each light emitter. They are stationary connected to inputs of respective emitters. In addition device has power supply unit, which is stationary mounted in housing and is connected to emission control unit through mobile electric contacts. Cantilever for mounting of light emitters has base and at least two holders of light emitters. Cantilever for mounting of light emitters is located on balancing holder, which is mounted on shaft, and is asymmetric with respect to rotation axis, so that holders of light emitters are at different distance from rotation axis. Thus, they provide rotation bodies of two different shapes, which provide shape of information surfaces. This design results in possibility of displaying information in multiple levels.
