FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used for separating of grain heap into fractions of different sizes and elongated contaminants.
SUBSTANCE: gravitational separator has housing with separating conical surface defined by flexible rods diverging from cone apex to peripheral part, feeding branch pipe, and fraction receptacles. Each rod is divided into two rods arranged at an angle α equal to angle between adjacent rods at cone apex.
EFFECT: increased capacity and enhanced reliability in operation of separator.
