FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics, possibly development of new type of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing articles of line succession in reception zone; then transferring them onto common carrier by means of wetted surface of successive set of transferring members mounted with possibility of rotation. Each transferring member may perform reciprocation motion for receiving articles and placing or fixing them in respective positions on common carrier. Returning member is made of elastic material such as porolon and it is placed between two coaxial cylindrical guides in which cylindrical portions of transferring members are arranged along radius. Said cylindrical portions are mounted jointly at side of inner cylindrical guide or they are fixed directly on respective sector of elastic material.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased speed parameters of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
