FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics, possibly development of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing articles in unit for forming line successions; transferring articles of line successions onto common carrier by means of wetted surface of successive set of transferring members mounted with possibility of rotation and arranged in common housing. Each transferring member in the form of rectangular plate may perform reciprocation motion. Said plate has cross groove at one side and it has wetted surface at other side. Each transferring member is arranged in guiding groove of common housing and it is functionally coupled through said cross groove with radially arranged elastic plate. Transferring members are driven to reciprocation motion in radial direction relative to rotation axis of set of transferring members. Said members are returned to initial position by means of radially arranged elastic plates cast of thermoplastic material and jointly coupled with respective transferring members.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased mounting speed of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
