FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics, possibly construction of new type of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing articles in zone for receiving articles of line successions for further transferring them onto common carrier by means of wetted surface of successive set (that may be rotated) of transferring members. Each transferring member may perform reciprocation motion for receiving articles and placing or fixing them in respective positions on common carrier. Controlled rotation of set of transferring members is realized in direction normal to that of their controlled shifting. Set of transferring members is preliminarily shifted to wetting zone where it is rotated being in contact with wetted surface for wetting each wetted surface of transferring member. Wetted set of transferring members is moved to zone of arranging cartridge(s) with articles where each transferring member receives articles fed according to their positions onto common carrier. Set of transferring members is moved to zone of common carrier arrangement for transferring and fixing articles by means of respective transferring members on common carrier. Then cycle is repeated.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
