SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing dry building mixture and designated for using in industry of building materials. Method for preparing dry building mixture involves mixing cement, chalk, air-dry hydrate lime, building sand, additives - superplasticizer, vinylacetate ethylene glue, antifrothing agent, casein glue, polyvinyl acetate (PVA), carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) wherein cement is mixed preliminary with indicated additives, chalk, indicated lime for 2.5-3 min and then with a mixture of building sand of fraction 0.5-3 mm and crushed chamotte of class A of fraction 3 mm in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: cement, 23.0-60.0; chalk, 15.0; indicated lime, 3.0-8.0; indicated sand, 39.75-69.0; superplasticizer, 0.15-0.36; vinylacetate ethylene glue, 2.0; antifrothing agent, 0.1-0.15; casein glue, 0.1-1.5; PVA, 0.1-2.0; CMC, 0.1-2.0; indicated chamotte, 39.64 above 100%. Invention provides accelerating strength accumulation, enhanced waterproofness and durability of articles made on the base of proposed dry building mixture.
