FIELD: sugar refining industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes juice filtration from the first saturation, raw sugar liquoring with said filtered juice in liquoring blender. In liquoring process sodium hypochloride in amount of 0.05-0.10 % (based on raw sugar mass) and haydite powder in amount of 0.3-0.5 % (based on raw sugar mass) are introduced into blender. Then melt liquor is blended with filtered beet juice from the first saturation. Mixture is defecated, filtered, sulphitated, and filtered and purified mixture is boiled.

EFFECT: sugar containing solution of high effect, syrup obtained from mixture of raw sugar melt liquor and filtered juice from the first saturation of improved quality.
