FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves filtering first carbonation juice; melting raw sugar using said filtered juice in melting mixer at temperature of 85-90 C; introducing into mixer sodium hypochloride in an amount of 0.03-0.05% by weight of raw sugar and finely dispersed keramzite powder in an amount of 0.3-0.5% by weight of raw sugar; mixing resulted sugar melt with filtered first carbonation juice; liming mixture; providing saturation, filtration, third saturation, filtration and evaporation of rectified mixture for producing of syrup; processing sugar melt containing sodium hypochloride and keramzite powder with pulsed magnetic field having induction of 0.30-0.35 T during 9-10 s; directing it for mixing with said first carbonation juice.
EFFECT: reduced amount of calcium salts and high-molecular compounds in resulted syrup, reduced color intensity and increased purity of syrup.
