FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves filtering first carbonation juice; melting raw sugar at temperature of 85-90 C; mixing sugar melt with filtered first carbonation juice; providing liming of mixture, saturation, filtration, third saturation, and filtration of mixture resulted from third saturation procedure; providing melting of raw sugar using second carbonation juice suspension in the ratio of one part of raw sugar to 2.2-3.0 parts of said suspension; processing resulted sugar melt with pulsed magnetic field during 9-11 s and after processing directing it for mixing with said filtered first carbonation juice. Method allows clearing effect to be increased by 1.5-2.0% as compared to prior art method, content of high-molecular compounds in mixture to be reduced by 21-25%, calcium salt content to be reduced by 19-22%, and color intensity of clarified juice to be reduced by 18-20%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing sand sugar of standard quality.
