FIELD: gearing.

SUBSTANCE: idle pulley (100) of the fan comprises bearing surface (10) for the belt, hub (12), cross-piece (11) that connects bearing surface (10) with hub (12), receiving member (14), cap (15), and fastening member (16). Hub (12) is provided with thread (13) for fastening the shaft of the fan. Receiving member (14) cooperates with bearing (60). Bearing (60) also cooperates with cap (15). Fastening member (16) can be affected through central opening (70) of hub (12) for fastening cap (15) to the setting surface. Idle pulley (100) of the fan can cooperate either with inner race (18) or outer race (17) of bearing (60).

EFFECT: reduced cost of manufacturing and operating.
