FIELD: mechanical engineering; belt tension adjusting devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tensioner has base with first axle, turnable lever higher-connected with first axle and provided with second axle, pulley fitted on turnable lever on bearing. Pulley is furnished with surface carrying the belt and disk connected to bearing inner race, release member, one end of which is hinge-connected with second axle. Opposite end is made for hinge connection with mounting surface to counteract force of load on belt acting onto pulley by force developed by release member. Pulley includes disk whose plane is arranged square to surface carrying the belt and provided with edge arranged practically in center of disk, bearing with inner race and outer race. Outer surface of inner race is square to central axis of bearing and it forms channel of inner race. Edge of disk is connected to outer surface of inner race which is square to surface carrying the belt, and first and second axles are located within the limits of periphery of pulley.
EFFECT: increased service properties of tensioner.
