FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tensioning device contains a torsion spring, a pulley installed on axis on the end of the torsion spring and an elastomeric damping element. The elastomeric element is wrapped within a coil of the torsion spring along arc of contact equal to α°. This elastomeric damping element is in damping contact with the coil of the torsion spring.
EFFECT: increasing amplitude of the torsion spring lever and simplifying structure of the tensioning device.
