FIELD: radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to antenna equipment and can be used in radio communication systems for receiving electromagnetic wave of circularly polarised field by antenna array (AA) of identically oriented vector radiators (in special case - turnstile radiators) in conditions of action of liberally polarised interfering signals. Interference suppression implies receiving the electromagnetic wave of circular polarisation using AA, converting of received signals, shaping the converted signals by selecting subarrays of identically polarised elements of vector radiators in AA and summing up received signals by subarrays with weight factors, with which AA is consistent against polarisation with desired signal being received in direction of desired signal coming, and in directions of interfering signal coming the level of side lobes in one component of vector diagram of receiving antenna directivity defined in spherical coordinate system is significantly lower than side lobes level in orthogonal component of directivity vector diagram of AA. The shaping of two reference signals proportional to tangential components of incident electromagnetic field created by desired signal source is realised by summing up converted signals with selected weight factors. Reference signals are aligned by phase, then integrated and differential signals are created by adding or subtracting reference signals, summarised and differential signals are added up, creating corrected signal which forms output signal of antenna array of identically oriented vector radiators.
EFFECT: increasing of signal-to-interference ratio at receive due to suppression of liberally polarised interference in wide sector of angles.
