SUBSTANCE: device for delivering matter taking care of mouth cavity to teeth, gum tissues and/or mucous is made in form of strap of peroral flexible material. The strap has matter for taking care of mouth cavity. The matter is deposited onto surface of strap or impregnated the mass of strap for transferring matter to adjacent soft tissues when applying onto surface of tooth. Strap has layer of plastic deformed material. One surface of material is attached the layer of absorbing material having material to take care of mouth cavity. Device provides no need of application of compatible matters intended for taking care of mouth cavity and adhesive.
EFFECT: easiness at use; efficiency of usage.
