SUBSTANCE: apparatus for conveying said substance to oral cavity surface has strip of material having flexibility sufficient for conformance with profile of oral cavity surface. When apparatus is inserted into oral cavity, its profile readily complies with surfaces in oral cavity without permanent deformation. Oral cavity care substance is applied to strip material so that upon insertion of apparatus in oral cavity, active component comes into contact with surface. Said substance also provides for fastening adhesion between said strip and surface in oral cavity for retaining apparatus on site during time sufficient for action of said component upon surface in oral cavity. Method for conveying oral cavity care substance involves preliminary applying by user of said substance to strip or applying by user of said substance directly onto surface in oral cavity and immediately attaching strip of said material over applied substance.
