FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenous administration of nimotol in the total dose 10 mg per a day for 3-5 days, in every other day, and nimodipine is given orally in the dose 30-60 mg between breaks of nimotiol infusions. Invention promotes to improving uterine-placental circulation and fetus hemodynamics for the shortest times. Invention can be used in treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency.
EFFECT: improved treatment method.
