FIELD: medicine, obstetrics and perinatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for prophylaxis of the pregnancy gestosis. Method involves administration of aspiring beginning from the second trimester of pregnancy and additional administration of the preparation "Omeganol" in the dose 2 capsules, 3 times per a day for 1 month. Then 2 months later the course of administration of the preparation "Omeganol" is repeated. Method provides improving circulation in the system mother-placenta-fetus and anticoagulant and fibrinolytic effects that results to decreasing hypercoagulation that accompanies gestosis in pregnancy.
EFFECT: improved method of prophylaxis of gestosis.
