FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to single-rope overhead ropeways for transportation of large lump loads, mainly, overburden rock to open-cast rock spoil heap. Proposed single-rope overhead ropeway for lump loads has endless traction-and-carrying rope closed in horizontal plane on driven and tension blocks with carrying and return runs resting on support blocks, transport devices spaced at equal pitch on traction-and-carrying rope and consisting of load-carrying member and suspension equipped with horizontal hinge-joint orientated square to traction-and-carrying rope, and loading and unloading devices. Each transport device is made in form of hook-like load-carrying member provided with stiffening ribs from outer side. Suspension is made bow-like, with hinge joint placed in middle and orientated square to traction-and-carrying rope. Suspension in its upper part is made in form of support member with insert. Load carrying member is provided in its lower part with roller for rotation in horizontal plane and interaction with horizontal bus placed in zone of loading device, and spatial unloading bus placed before drive block. End face edges of each load-carrying member are made narrowing upwards and are profiled in plan over arcs of circumference. Transport devices are arranged on traction-and-carrying rope close to each other. Drive and tension blocks are provided with horizontal flanges to support traction-and-carrying rope.

EFFECT: possibility of transportation of large-size lump loads by single-rope overhead ropeway at high capacity of transportation.
