FIELD: mechanical engineering; methods of thermomechanical treatment of tubular metal goods.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the methods of thermomechanical treatment of tubular metal goods. The methods of thermomechanical treatment of tubular component parts with the internal working surface, which includes heating up to the temperature of austenitization, a plastic deformation realized by a screw reduction, an after-deformational aging, chilling and tempering, differs, that before a reduction, the water controlled preliminary subcooling is exercised. The offered method due to the fact, that before the reduction the water controlled preliminary subcooling takes place, allows with a guaranty to gain the reducing internal residual strains on the internal surface (a suitable strain condition from the point of view of operation), that considerably increases the structural strength of a tubular component part in operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a considerable increase of the structural strength of the tubular component part in operation.
