FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of production of the isotropic electrical steels.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy, to the methods of production of the isotropic electrical steels, in particular, to production of the isotropic electrical steel applied to manufacture of magnetic conductors of the electrical instrumentation working in a rotating magnetic field. The method includes smelting, both hot and cold rollings and an annealing. After smelting the steel contains of no more than 0.01 % of carbon and 0.05-0.40 % of phosphor, and after cold rolling - conduct a recrystallization annealing in the bell-type furnace and then - a rectifying annealing in the pusher-type furnace with applying an insulating coating. The method allows in the electric steel containing phosphor after any production process to eliminate one of the main causes increasing the specific losses - nonmetallic impurities: oxides in the area of the in-house oxidizing and the finely divided phosphor-containing phase.
EFFECT: the invention ensures elimination in the electric steel containing phosphor of oxides and the finely divided phosphor-containing phase after any production process.
