SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil-producing industry, in particular, to building and exploitation of marine oilfield hydraulic facilities, mainly for provision of the operational reliability of marine stationary oil-producing platforms. The strap consists of protectors with supporting members rigidly coupled with the load-carrying framework made in the form of two interconnected semi-cylinders. At that the protectors are made in the form of plates uniformly arranged on the load-carrying framework with a clearance in respect to each other. The plates are rigidly linked to each other and through the corresponding supporting members to the load-carrying framework by welding. At that the semi-cylinders of the load-carrying framework are pivotally linked among themselves and have a possibility of a hard bolted joint with formation a ring-type strap. The technical result of the invention is an increased efficiency of the facility operation due to an increased total effective area of the protectors at conservation of overall dimensions of the framework.
