FIELD: marine hydraulic structure building and usage, particularly fixed marine platforms.

SUBSTANCE: device to clean inner cylindrical surfaces, particularly tubular pile structures of fixed marine platforms, is made as projectile comprising cylindrical body and core with tip. The projectile is connected to hoisting mechanism with rope. Outer surface of cylindrical body is provided with elastic member having outer diameter exceeding that of cylindrical body to provide cooperation thereof with surface to be cleaned. Elastic member is made as bushes produced of steel or polymeric rope cuts and arranged in cylindrical body slots along several screw lines. The screw lines are angularly offset one relative another. Outline defined by outer bush ends forms closed circle in plan view. Concreted cast-iron bars and ropes are arranged in body cavity defined by inner body wall surface and core. Projectile tip is made as radial flat ribs of rolled metal fixedly connected to the body. Outer rib contour have conical shape.

EFFECT: increased quality of inner surface cleaning, reduced labor inputs and costs.
