FIELD: food processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed table beverage contains (kg/100 dal): citric acid 2.0-3.0; dog rose flavoring additive 3.0-4.0; sweetener 0.4-0.5; aqueous-alcohol extract from holy thistle (Silybum) seeds 4.5-5.5; and balance: water. Sweetener and flavoring additive are used preferably in ratio of 1:5-1:15. Additionally said beverage may contain sodium benzoate in amount of 0.1-0.3 kg/100 dal as conserving agent, as well as carbon dioxide in amount of 3.0-4.5 kg/100 dal.

EFFECT: beverage with hepatoprotective effect and improved organoleptic characteristics.
