FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of soft drinks. A functional drink is proposed that contains the initial components, l per 100 dl of the finished product: 11.55 of water-glycerin extract from blueberries, 0.15 of water-alcohol extract from the powder of reindeer antlers, and 250–350 of mineral water containing mg/dm3: calcium ions (Ca), up to 50 magnesium ions (Mg), 600–800 of sodium (Na) and potassium (K) ions, 800–1,000 of sulfates, 250–350 of chlorides, 1,200–1500 of bicarbonates is the rest.
EFFECT: proposed functional drink expands the range of biologically active soft drinks based on natural ingredients.
