FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: adaptogenic action beverage contains (per 100 decalitres of beverage) an adaptogenic remedy consisting of 15-25 kg of natural honey, 0.15-0.25 kg of refined amberat extract dissolved in water and 90 kg of rosehips syrup. Additionally the beverage contains 1.0-1.5 kg of citric acid, 90-200 kg of a flavour additive, 0.150-0.177 kg of sodium benzoate; the rest is carbonated water or non-carbonated water. The ratio of amberat extract to water 1:8. The flavour additive may be represented by berry and/or fruit and/or herb syrup. The herb syrup may be represented by estragon syrup, the berry syrup - by a syrup of raspberry and/or red bilberry and/or blueberry and/or cranberry and/or cherry. The amberat extract may by applied in the form of dry powder.
EFFECT: production of a beverage which has high organoleptic properties and varied taste qualities; the beverage has a high adaptogenic action and vitamin effect; the beverage may be consumed by people of all age groups and has a low cost.
