SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to production of non-alcoholic beverages containing natural plant extracts. Proposed is a non-alcoholic beverage made from flavouring components and drinking water, wherein a water-glycerin extract of rosehip fruits, water-alcohol extract of chaga, water-alcohol extract of the powder of reindeer antlers are used as flavouring components, with the following ratio of ingredients, % wt.: water-glycerin extract of rosehip fruits 55.0, water-alcohol extract of chaga 2.8, water-alcohol extract of the powder of reindeer antlers 3.0, drinking water the rest.

EFFECT: expanded range of non-alcoholic beverages based on natural ingredients, enriched with a wide spectrum of biologically active substances, with directed organoleptic and preventive characteristics, with reduced manufacturing cost of the product.
