FIELD: restoration of threaded members of drilling, casing and pump-compressor tubes in repairing stations and in field condition.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of combination realizing of surface plastic deforming and working thread surface with ultrasound oscillations. Operation is realized by means of thread member reciprocal to worked member at variable angular velocity during stage of termination and(or) starting of unscrewing threaded members. Treatment by means of ultrasound oscillations is realized for predetermined time period at controlling amplitude and frequency of ultrasound oscillations. Apparatus for performing the method includes ultrasonic oscillation system, changeable tubular wave guide having threaded member reciprocal to worked one and helical grooves along length of threaded portion of threaded member.
EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of metal.
