METHOD OF PROCESSING BARK RESIDUE OF TIMBER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C05F11/00 

FIELD: wood-working industry.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to the processing of wood waste from saw-milling and pulp and paper production. Method for recycling waste scraps of timber includes grinding waste from debarking timber and mixing them with manure of farm animals at a mixing ratio of the mixture – bark residue / manure waste, %: 35–40 / 60–65. Next, the mixture is heated to a temperature of 60–80 °C. Aerobic fermentation of the mixture in fermenters is carried out under constant aeration with a stream of air heated to a temperature of 60–80 °C, with the regulation of its feed rate to maintain a mass concentration of oxygen in the mixture in the range of 10–15 %.

EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the duration of aerobic fermentation of bark residue and increasing the productivity of their processing in industrial volumes.
