FIELD: geophysics, possible use for generation of dimensional geological model of subterranean productive layer of liquid substance.

SUBSTANCE: method for predicting value of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance in subterranean geological volume includes setting experimentally determined seismic value of acoustic impedance for modeling space, connected to aforementioned subterranean geological volume. First predicted value of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance is likewise assigned for modeling volume. First predicted value of acoustic impedance for modeling space is calculated from responses model by means of first predicted value of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance, while responses model responds to alterations in predicted values of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance. First predicted value of acoustic impedance is compared to seismic value of acoustic impedance to determine difference between predicted and seismic values of acoustic impedance. First predicted value of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance is adjusted in response to difference, to generate second predicted value of determined property of mountain rock or liquid substance, while aforementioned second predicted value decreases this difference.
