SUBSTANCE: to achieve end result additional direct current source is utilized and additional accumulating capacitor. First output of direct current source, first output of accumulating capacitor, first outputs of first and second electronic keys, first output of rectangular pulses generator, first outputs of additional direct current source and additional accumulating capacitor are connected to common ground bus, second output of direct current source is connected to second output of accumulating capacitor, gas-discharge lamp is connected in parallel to secondary winding of pulse transformer.

EFFECT: improved stability and safety of device.
