SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to limit use of radiotelephones in situations when speaking by radiotelephone is not safe for driver and people around. System is provided with means to determine moment when car speed exceeds preset maximum tolerable value for use of radiotelephone, and device for radiating and transmitting signal by wireless communication channel to interlock or switch off radiotelephone. Radiotelephone is furnished with means for revealing fact of use of radiotelephone by driver and pickup for detecting signal transmitted by wireless communication channel. Means designed for limiting use of radiotelephone by driver, in response to signal detected by pickup include devices for interlocking or switching off radiotelephone. Means are provided for keeping in storage extreme call telephone numbers and means for making call from interlocked or switched off radiotelephone to any of extreme call telephone numbers.
