FIELD: metallurgy, in particular high-strength corrosion-resistant maraging steel of austenite-martensite class.
SUBSTANCE: claimed steel contains (mass %): carbon not more than 0.03; silicium 0.3-0.8; manganese 0.4-4.0; chromium 11.0-16.0; nickel 2.5-9.0; copper 0.5-3.0; niobium 0.1-0.3; titanium 0.2-1.2; aluminum 0.2-1.2; molybdenum 0.4-3.0; nitrogen 0.05-0.2; calcium 0.01-0.02; cerium 0.01-0.02; and balance: iron. Steel of present invention has yield strength not less than 1275 MPa and toughness not less than 69 J/cm3 and is useful in production of articles processing in aqueous media containing chlorides, sulfurous compounds, hydrogen sulfide at elevated temperatures, such as arbor drowned pump for oil production.
EFFECT: steel of increased yield strength and toughness without losses of high corrosion resistance in aggressive media and resistance under cyclic stress.
