FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to batching of liquids, mainly viscous and pastelike, including explosive, used in manufacture of mixed solid propellants. The invention aims at increasing the batching accuracy. For this, the weight liquids proportioner consists of the hopper with a cover, loading unit with the intake valve and unloading unit with the drain valve, and a weight measuring device. In compliance with the invention, the proportioner comprises a vertical shaft with inclined blades and an auger arranged in the bottom cylindrical part of the hopper, while the blades are fitted in the tapered part. The hopper cover accommodates a bearing assembly and the shaft electric drive. The bottom cylindrical part of the hopper represents a sleeve with lengthwise ledges on its inner surface. The spring-loaded drain valve is fixed in the sleeve bottom part, the sleeve end face making its seat. The proportioner loading and unloading units are furnished with labyrinth seals.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy of batching high-viscosity and pastelike liquids, formation and control of weight of each portion in letting it out of hopper.
