FIELD: quantum electronics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reliable and compact He-Ne laser with desired radiation spectrum that can be used as monochromatic radiation source in infrared fiber optics, adjusting devices for complex infrared optical systems, and gas analyzers has discharge tube and mirrors. One end of discharge tube is closed with optical window and disposed in gas filler holding cell mounted on discharge tube. Window is secured on optical assembly. The latter is joined to discharge tube through bushing. Gas filler holding cell is made in the form of pot. The latter has neck and bottom. Diameter of pot neck is smaller than that of its bottom. Other bushing is secured in central hole of pot bottom. Attached to other end of discharge tube is third metal bushing with blank mirror joined thereto.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and output power level at chosen radiation wavelength.
