FIELD: electrical machines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrical machine has stator incorporating plurality of magnetic-circuit components 3', 3" and electrical conductor that forms winding passed over closed path through each component of magnetic circuit, as well as one movable component 10 incorporating a number of permanent-magnet components 12', 12" and designed for translational movement relative to stator along first motion path in space having finite length and formed by at least some components of magnetic circuit. Winding path includes current-carrying section 6a parallel to first motion path. Each magnetic-circuit component 3', 3" is mounted for organizing, together with one of permanent-magnet components 12', 12", closed circuit of magnetic flux around current-carrying section.
EFFECT: reduced space requirement of electrical machine.
