FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: chamber can be used in veterinary and experimental biology. Microelectrophoresis chamber has pullout platform with electrodes mounted on the platform and cover glass mounted onto electrodes. Cover glass is mouthed apart of platform. Temperature detector is mounted at top surface of platform. Substrate with resistive heating layer is disposed under lower surface of platform to form air gap between detector and platform. Cover glass is disposed onto electrodes and is apart the platform at distance of h=1,5xa, where h is thickness of electrodes, a is maximal sizes of cells or fragments of biopsy material along diameter or along longer axis. According to the other version of design, cover glass is placed onto support substrates disposed between electrodes and is part from platform for distance h=1,5ha, where h is thickness of support substrates, a is maximal size of cells or biopsy material fragments along diameter or along longer axis.

EFFECT: improved truth of tests; improved precision; prevention of damage of biopsy material fragments.
