SUBSTANCE: chamber comprises platform, electrodes, slide, cover glass, and unit for temperature control that has temperature gage and heating members. The chamber is provided with detachable frame for cover glass. The platform has a step opening provided with slide on its step. The frame with the cover glass is mounted from above. The frame has micrometric screws for adjusting the distance between the slide and cover glass. The platform is provided with hollows that are filled with the conducting liquid and receive the electrodes. The heating members are mounted in the hollows under the slide.
