FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biology and biotechnology. Invention claims method of complex analysis for live cell parametres. Cells under examination are placed in incubation medium where alternate electric field is generated, and bioelectric properties are assessed by cell and cell wall movement parametres. Also invention claims device for maintenance of strictly similar parametres of intercellular medium during analysis and allowing for complex analysis of live cells along with defining electric and dielectric properties. Complex analysis of live cells can also be performed in periodic flow mode.
EFFECT: more than double time sparing in comparison to separate conduction of analyses in separate chambers for electrophoresis and dielectrophoresis; simultaneous obtainment of up to 20 quantitative parametres describing live cells.
