FIELD: medicine, cardiology, functional diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out coronaroangiography and, according to localization and degree of stenosing lesion of coronary arteries it is possible to diagnose true stenocardia, moreover, in doubtful situations one should additionally conduct electrocardiography and echocardiography. The present innovation enables to predict tension stenocardia, moreover, in patients with signs of previous myocardial infarction; it enables to differentiate tension stenocardia at high accuracy degree against isolated pain-free myocardial infarction and, also, against post-infarction stenocardia-free cardiosclerosis that, in its turn, favors to apply adequate therapy and decrease complications.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
