SUBSTANCE: one should suture in perforation, mobilize esophageal abdominal department, apply a polyvinyl chloride drainage tube onto esophagus being parallel to its axis at its external diameter being equal to that of esophagus, apply ligature made of absorbable suture material under esophageal abdominal department, suture esophageal wall with left end of ligature being right-hand against the drainage, with right end of ligature suture esophageal wall at the same level being left-hand against the drainage, ends of ligatures should be tightened up and bound above the drainage by obturating the esophagus, withdraw drainage end above the abdomen onto the skin in left hypochondrium, drain the abdomen for healing perforation foramen in gastric tumor by preventing the entrance of infected oral and esophageal content into its lumen.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
