FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to determine the length of invaginated part of anastomosed organs, leave the distance being equal to the half of that length against external line of anastomosis sutures aborally, dissect anastomosed organ longitudinally. The length of incision equals invaginated part of anastomosed organs, suture the edge of invaginated part with two ligatures at the distance of 5 mm against each other, dissect invaginated part longitudinally not achieving 5 mm up to external row of sutures. With left and right ligatures one should suture, correspondingly, left and right walls of foramen in anastomosed organ at some distance against the upper angle of incision being equal to the half of the length of invaginated part. Then one should suture cross-sectionally a foramen in anastomosed organ. The innovation enables to reliably liquidate cicatricial stricture of invagination anastomose.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
