SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for removal of upper jaw impression in patients with completely absent dentition. Cast is made based on preliminary print. Individual spoon is made. Modifying plate is mounted on tray. Functional impression is fitted and obtained. Modifying plate used is a flexible plate, having one adhesive, and a second corrugated surface. Plate is set with adhesive surface on distal end of an individual tray with condition of its projection beyond distal edge from 0.3-0.7 cm.
EFFECT: method, due to more accurate display of transition of solid and soft palate, increases reliability and quality of denture fixation in oral cavity, reducing time and higher physiological value of method.
