FIELD: oil and gas well head sealing to prevent blows and gushers from wells.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with central through conical channel adapted for receiving pipes with electric cable; replaceable plugging means with upper and lower discs and sealing member arranged in-between. The sealing member is shaped as truncated cone and cooperates with central through body channel. Eccentric through orifice and through longitudinal groove are made in discs and sealing member. The body has upper and lower flanges with annular grooves for gasket receiving. The replaceable plugging means may be split along diametrical plane extending through centers of through orifice and longitudinal groove. The plugging means consists of two halves hinged one to another. Each half of lower and upper discs of the replaceable plugging means and sealing member are connected one to another by screw connection means provided with tightening nut. Extensions and depressions are formed on joint surfaces of each sealing member half. Extensions and depressions may be triangular and are interengaged in working position. Fixing unit to secure replaceable plugging means in the body is made as two movable cylinders with screw drive mechanisms arranged in radial orifices of upper flange and cooperating with support surfaces of upper disc. Sealing member cooperating with pipes via through orifice comprises replaceable split electric cable packer installed in cavity, which is formed in through longitudinal groove.
