FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to a vane engine capable of converting the energy of a fluid medium into electricity. It consists of a rotor shaft 1, on which two end disks are fixedly fixed, consisting of a rim 2, a hub 9 and spokes 10. Between the disks at a radius of 8 from the rotor axis, the swing axes 6 of the blades 3 of the aerohydrodynamic profile are installed. The control device is an eccentric mechanism, which consists of a free ring 4, a shaft 1 and rods 5, movably fixed to the ring 4 and the blade 3. The size of the rods 5 and the inner diameter of the ring 4 sets the angles of the blades 3 to the oncoming flow 7 along the rotor rotation cycle.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of converting the kinetic energy of translational motions of convection air and liquid flows into the kinetic energy of the rotary motion of the shaft, while orienting the axis of rotation of the rotor perpendicular to the incoming flow.
