FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for converting the air flow to mechanical work has rotating blades articulated to cross-member linked with vertical axle, cranks with pins connected with bushes mounted in center of lower edge of each blade. Mounted on opposite ends of cross-piece are roller bearings; guide cross-member made in form of channel and engageable with roller of the bearing is secured on upper edge of each blade. Cranks are mounted in turnable and are provided with shafts kinematically linked with power takeoff shaft through bevel gears. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
