SUBSTANCE: sensor has flow meter pipe positioned in body, driving device for exciting pipe oscillations, containing electromagnetic coil, positioned outside the body. Near the flow-measuring pipe at least one capacity measuring transformer is positioned.

EFFECT: decreased dimensions, improved reliability, increased precision of measuring.
